1. Prices shown are excluded the postage charges. Postage charges to be borne by buyer.

3. Sales are final. Items sold are not refundable / exchangeable.
4. Damage via Postal : We are not liable for any damage / loss due to manhandling during delivery.
5. Factory defect : If you have received your items with factory defect, please email to us the photos of the defect immediately within 3 days after the items(s) arrived. The items must be in new and unused condition and in its original package (if any). The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a factory defect, we will send you new item(s). We will afford the cost of resending. If we are not able to get a replacement from our stocks, we will issue a credit note for your future purchase. There will be NO CASH REFUND. However to avoid this, we will make sure that a full inspection will be made before shipping.
6. Every RM150 and above spent on a single receipt will be entitled for our wholesale prices. You can mix any item from our website.
7. Pre-order items : for pre-order items, you have to pay 50% deposit to secure the order, another 50% pay off before we send the parcel. No deposit paid considers no confirmation of your booking.
8. For payment via Paypal, please add 5% for the processing fees.

How to order?

2. I will check the availability of the items.
3. Once the item available, I will email the payment details.
4. We will processes your order within 1 business day upon receipt of payment.
5. Once we have couriered your packages, we will email a tracking number so that you can check the status of your packages.
6. Pls make payment within 3 working days. Otherwise, it may be subject to cancellation 1 day later.
7. We regret that order cancellation/alteration is not allowed once the order is confirmed / paid / send out.
